Year 6 Oxford Street Christmas Lights Trip
Yr6 spent the evening getting festive on our after-school trip to Oxford Street. We travelled by tube. We saw a variety of lights and decorations; we made our way to one of the oldest and largest toy stores in the world: Hamleys. We then headed to McDonalds to enjoy some food together with friends & family.
On 26th November 2019, Upton Cross Primary School took part in an amazing concert at Lister Community School. There were about five schools, with over 500 students in total. Years 5 and 6 from Upton Cross performed really well. There was a gargantuan range of instruments there including the trumpet, the violin and even the flute. There was also a band in the middle which included the drums, the piano and the electric guitar.
