History

Vision

Our history curriculum aims to focus on how the past has shaped our present (and future too). Through analysing a range of accounts and resources, our children will develop an understanding of the cause and effect of key moments in local and global history and how this affects the relationships between diverse people and countries.

Pupil Voice

I enjoyed learning about the Romans and why they invaded Britain.

My favourite topic was learning about The Great Fire of London because I understood how the fire started.

I like history because you can dive into the past and compare it to the present times.
